Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2: Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per ordinary share (2011: 5 pence per ordinary share).
The interim dividend will be paid on 24 February 2012 to the ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 10 February 2012. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 8 February 2012.
