About Ingenious Live VCT 1 & 2
Ingenious Live VCT 1 & 2 closed at the end of July 2007, raising over £18 million to invest in the live entertainment sector. This made it one of the largest specialist VCT fund launches in the 2006/7 tax year.
The Ingenious Live VCTs invest in the live events sector targeting concerts, festivals, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, sporting events and theatre. The investment comes at a time when there is significant growth in the UK live events market as household spending continues to increase in this sector.
The twin structure of the Ingenious Live VCTs which gives greater flexibility in allowing for co-investment of up to £2 million in any one investee company.
Ingenious Live VCT 1 & 2 is currently making a number of investments in the live events sector.
